As part of the project “Expansion of production capacity by constructing a hall and purchasing new technology – PRINT”, Contract number KK.03.2.1.01.0052, co-financed by the European Structural and Investment Funds in the 2014-2020 financial period, a production warehouse hall 2 will be built at the location Ludbreg, Frankopanska street no. 64, cadastral plot no. 697/2, Ludbreg. The total net area of this hall will be 3,069.3 m2, in accordance with the Main Project identified by the serial number PR 359/2015, the building permit, and relevant legal provisions. Before the construction of warehouse hall 2 begins, it is necessary to demolish seven existing older single-story production buildings (marked D, E, F, G, H, K, L), with a total gross floor area of 2,665.0 m2.
