BOMARK PAK d.o.o. is a company whose core activity is the production of stretch films and paper tubes, while simultaneously taking care of environmental protection, safety, health protection, information security, and efficient energy management.
Company Mission: To enable employees to ensure their dignity through work, striving to distribute the value created as fairly as possible among all interested parties, with a special sense of solidarity and the common good.
Company Vision: To create a company that will increase its market share by nurturing innovation, inventiveness, and continuous technological, organizational, and IT improvements.
The company slogan is “Spreading True Values,” emphasizing the ubiquitous humanitarian component in the company’s operations, as it carries out numerous activities to assist the community and strives to inspire other companies to help those in need through its example.
To achieve, maintain, and strengthen these values, our policy is focused on meeting the needs and expectations of interested parties:
Customers – Service Users
- Permanently fulfill the needs and expectations of customers through high-quality services, flexibility, and meeting deadlines, while simultaneously considering environmental protection, safety, health protection, information security, and energy management.
- Continuously introduce innovations and increase the efficiency of our work.
- Ensure the protection of information assets from all threats – internal and external, intentional and accidental.
Suppliers – Cooperators
- Strive to establish partnerships with suppliers/cooperators and, through a mutually beneficial relationship, increase our competitiveness in the market, while maintaining concern for environmental protection, safety, health protection, information security, and energy.
- Ensure the procurement of energy-efficient products and services that influence energy performance indicators.
Employees
- Ensure the employment of skilled and ambitious workers who will have opportunities for advancement and improving their competencies, particularly in information security, and have opportunities for consultation and participation in all matters related to safety and health protection.
- Ensure maximum safety, health protection, injury prevention, and occupational disease prevention.
State Authorities
- Operate in compliance with legal regulations and continuously align with all legal and other requirements related to the environment, safety, health protection, information security, and energy.
- By implementing the integrated management system, prevent pollution, reduce negative impacts on the environment, and improve energy efficiency.

- Contribute to the local community by providing job opportunities for local workers.

- Continuously improve the management system based on the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 27001:2013, and ISO 50001:2018.
- Continuously monitor changes in the environment, assess risks related to all aspects of business, and ensure sustainable development and effective energy management.
- Continuously identify and assess hazards related to safety and health protection and strive to reduce risks, workplace injuries, and occupational diseases.
