Short project description:
Bomark Pak d.o.o. is initiating the implementation of the project “Procurement of Machines for the Work Unit for Employing Persons with Disabilities.” The project is co-funded through special resources aimed at developing new technologies and business processes to promote employment and maintain workforce stability in integrative workshops, as part of the public call issued by the “Institute for Expertise, Professional Rehabilitation, and Employment of Persons with Disabilities.”
The implementation of the “Procurement of Machines for the Work Unit for Employing Persons with Disabilities” project will provide employees with disabilities a safer, easier, and more efficient work environment. It will also enable additional employment in the Work Unit, increasing production capacity. The introduction of new technologies will improve the quality and efficiency of production in the Work Unit. By implementing this project, the company’s competitiveness in the market and its financial stability will be enhanced.
Goals and Expected Results of the Project:
- Ease the work of persons with disabilities,
- Ensure additional employment of persons with disabilities in the Work Unit according to the staffing plan,
- Increase competitiveness and product placement in the EU market by expanding capacity and introducing a new product range,
- Increase added value and achieve positive financial effects in the company’s operations and the Work Unit.
