Bomark Pak d.o.o., as it entered the final phase of implementing the “VALOREM” project, held a press conference on May 30, 2019, at the premises of the Centre for Culture and Information “D. Novak,” located on the first floor at Trg Svetog Trojstva 19, 42230 Ludbreg.

During the conference, the activities carried out as part of the “VALOREM” project, co-financed by the European Union through the European Structural and Investment Funds in the 2014-2020 financial period, under the public call “Competence and Development of SMEs,” Contract No. KK.03.2.1.05.0232, were presented. After the discussion and a light reception, the production facility at Viktor Fizira 1, Ludbreg, was visited.

Bomark Pak d.o.o. is the only Croatian manufacturer of stretch films and operates within the Bomark group, the largest Croatian distributor of packaging materials and equipment. Thanks to continuous investments in the development and modernization of production, the most advanced technologies are used in the production process, the lines are fully automated, and the products are environmentally friendly.

As part of the project, the most modern equipment and machines for the production of stretch films were acquired and installed. The introduction of new advanced technology for stretch film production improved the characteristics of the final product and reduced the generation of waste film in the production process, thus contributing to meeting the highest environmental protection standards. Additionally, 31 new employees were hired, and education was provided for 16 employees. All of this will enable further growth and progress of Bomark Pak d.o.o.

The project implementation will last for 24 months, from September 20, 2017, to September 20, 2019. The total project value is 92,161,685.05 HRK, of which 26,010,686.42 HRK is co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund under the OP Competitiveness and Cohesion 2014-2020 program.
